Technical Support

Matrix Orbital tech support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 MST. Please visit our forums first, as a lot of questions have been answered (www.lcdforums.com). You can call 1 (403) 204-3750 or e-mail support@matrixorbital.ca. Please e-mail your Windows version, display used, what you have tried and the problem in detail so we can help you faster and more efficiently. As well, please visit our forums where most common problems have probably been talked about.

Warranty Repair and Return Policy

Matrix Orbital provides a 1-year warranty with its LK/VK/PK/GLK series products. MOS and MOP carry a 3 months warranty. Any customer that experiences malfunction of their display should contact support@matrixorbital.ca to receive instructions on how to redeem their warranty. Any customer who is unsatisfied with the product they ordered may return it to Matrix Orbital within 30 days. Please review the Policy section on our web site at http://www.matrixorbital.com/policies.php for information on warrantees and returns.

Returns will have a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
