The Set Out of Region Setting command has been added, 254 142 [Setting], where Setting is a single byte, any non-zero value will enable out of region responses, 0 will disable the feature
The Get Out of Region Setting command has been added, 254 143, which will return a single byte representing the current Setting

Increase of performance using the new file system access commands
Unicode and UTF8 support
Hardware up-scaling command has been added, 254 113 [Width] [Height], where Width and Height are word length variables representing the new screen resolution. Width does have to be an even number and both values must be greater than 1/8 of the native resolution.
